Don’t let the scale get you down. Your weight fluctuates all the time. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if you started to exercise, you are burning fat and increasing muscle. Fat is actually very light. When you make soup and put it in the fridge, the fat floats to the top. A person who has a lot of fat will float in the water and a lean person will sink like a rock. Remember too that muscle is metabolically active so the more muscle you have the more you are burning calories at rest. If you are sticking to your program and increasing your activity level you will notice you are losing inches. Your clothes will fit better. So, ditch the scale and do your measurements instead!
